This Faculty Handbook is intended for the information and guidance of McPherson College faculty. It is not, however, intended to be, and does not constitute, a contract of employment. Except where this handbook states or clearly implies otherwise, it may be unilaterally modified by the Board of Trustees of McPherson College, acting through the president and/or subordinate administrative officers of the college. Without limitation, the college reserves the right (while preserving tenure rights) to modify faculty benefits, such as changing insurance companies, changing the terms of insurance policies, or increasing the amounts of faculty copayments for insurance.
